Jonathan Weiss

Adm. Director (CEO), ProCure Advisory

Jonathan Weiss is currently Adm. Director (CEO) of ProCure Advisory, where he leads projects supporting countries and organizations in strengthening procurement systems and public health supply chains, as well as developing innovative financing structures.

Previously, he served as Chief of Procurement Services for UNICEF Supply Division, where he directed activities related to UNICEF’s Procurement Services, assisting 100-120 countries per year. Jonathan built UNICEF’s innovative financing practices for health supplies, including foundational work on market shaping strategies. During his tenure, he expanded annual throughput through UNICEF’s Procurement Services from $1.5 billion to $4.5 billion and mobilized $1.2 billion for the ACT-A SFF. He also led the redesign and growth of the VII Revolving Fund ($250 million), working with key donors like the Gates Foundation, MedAccess, SIDA and Gavi.

Jonathan holds a Master of Public Health and a bachelor’s in applied physics, both from Yale University.

Mattis Haumann

Analyst, ProCure Advisory

Mattis Haumann is an Analyst at ProCure Advisory, supporting projects focused on procurement systems and public health supply chains. He has previous experience in business development, economic research, and consulting through internships and working student roles at companies such as Statista, Roland Berger, and Deutsche Bahn.

Mattis holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt.
